Only the lapdog Blair is on board. Also Spain, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Bulgaria. I know, I know, these aren't what you mean by "ethical European countries." They don't have significant populations of marginalized Muslim gastarbieters threatening jihad, either. Well, the Brits do. Not sure if it's as significant as in France and Germany.
