If you mean the charts at indexpulse.com then you need to talk to Bernard. I will probably be busy today. Take a look at the section Bernard has on Education. I think that you can easily insert 8000 into the charts instead of 10,000. I am wondering, as with 10000, if it might be a long time until we are close to 8000 again? :^)
