I'm left with the impression that you don't consider Arafat a "savage", but I'm not certain since you have evaded the issue.

Oh.. I don't perceive Arafat, or Saddam, as savages.. I perceive them as something far worse... Cold, Calculated Socio-Pathic Killers who believe the ends justify the means.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I perceive "savages" as more reactive and instinctive definition.. Killing out of fear of the unknown.

The fact of the matter is that any reasonable human being with a smidgen of information available to him recognizes that Arafat is of course a savage, not only to the Israelis but also to his own people, who appear to have finally recognized the havoc he has brought them over the years.

Conversations are neither interesting nor helpful when it's clear that one party is intent only on hurling terms around and personal attacks. They are also not terribly interesting when someone tries to advance an argument by saying anyone who doesn't immediately climb on his bandwagon is not "reasonable" and, heaven forbid, lacks even a "smidgen" of information.

My use of the terms "let's move on" with you is an attempt to end these things on a note of courtesy. That's all.

Again, let's stop with the invective. I don't care to argue with you when you get in this mode. I've said that about as many ways as I know how to say it.

I think that in the future I will give a lot less attention to your posts.

An excellent plan. Or, if you wish, put me on ignore. Might be a better plan.
