It's not just the super-rich.

It's the super-naive, and like TAW, the cowardly war profiteers who profit in a meager way by working for DOD contractors, while self-justifying millions of deaths for sport.

There are fine and sincere Americans who are force-fed nonsense and deprived of full disclosure accountability and truth. Those who have convictions volunteer themselves or their families to serve or help those who fight. The others are liars, like our Beltway Bozos.

Cheney came from a blue-collar background and was a power lineman or something like in his youth. The Bush family has money but not "super-rich" money - like say the Kennedy's or Rockefeller's.
