I can't see him doing 650......that's very long....even with heavier, match grade loads.....and at that range the velocity would be such that fragmentation would be minimal....Hell....why would he even NEED 650 yards...that's 1/3 of a mile......I don't think it's an accurate presumption.

I doubt he ever saw the cop.
