The cop was 50 yards away with his lights flashing. To a guy like this the cop should have been the trophy. Someone smarter than me needs to figure this. Unless the shooter is telling the police and the populace that even the law cannot stop him. Anyone thought of the fact that recently there were some killings at a military base where some soldier sort of went nuts due to some exposure to to some chemical or something? In the area of the killing are many bases, maybe this is a soldier with some of the same problems?
