From Richard Russell this week

Bearish side getting a bit too crowded?

"To sum it all up, the general sentiment toward the market and the economy has changed. The bear market is accepted. And I have to wonder -- is it time for the bear market to give the world some hope? Is it time for the bulls to cross-up the bears? I think there's at least a chance that that may be where we are."

Maybe or maybe not.....

Your SM comments make a lot of sense. Somewhat higher Monday, then we get the pullback on Tuesday?

Among SM prognosticators I respect, Zeev Head turned short-term bearish at NAZ 1220, but expects just a modest pullback. Steve Saville thinks the rally could last a few weeks (he does make day to day predictions)

Just a couple points too timid - QQQ

from responded to post:
"QQQ is already biting into overhead. Looks like traders would buy a little pull back to about $21.85, especially if it took two hours to a day to develop,"

Well the pullback lasted all of about 15 minutes and never came back for a second look. My order at $21.71 (vs. the low of 21.78) was too conservative. Good day for lots of stocks, however. Drillers strong. Won't complain when I have a gain....Some of the miners did particularly well in the face of little move in GOLD and none in Silver...HUI back to leading the way? Selling in NEM continues to dominate in that issue's trade.

HGMCY rally back above 20 & 50 day emas. on light volume. Trend indicators have come about.
