You will notice as the world goes forward that even Sinn Fein, the erstwhile darling of the Irish-American establishment, has its nuts in the wringer. It's a new day for terrorists, all across the board.

I wish this were true but as far as I can see (from the little that I follow that conflict), Sinn Fein is pulling an Arafat in N. Ireland; flagrantly disregarding their commitments in the pact, while Tony Blair runs around like an English Shimon Peres pretending the deal is still intact. In fact, it sounds like it's ready to fall apart completely.

Good questions. unfortunately there are no real absolute answers at the moment (at least not for public consumption - maybe in a few years some info may get de-classified).

One has to trust the administration that was elected, in circumstances such as we live in.
