Ilya, One of the reasons I'm no longer managing money. The mgts. no longer allow you to actually manage the money. <g> They hold you personally responsible for performance, then tell you how much cash to hold and how to allocate your investments. I can fully understand getting fired for my mistakes, but I hate to have bad performance because of somebody else's mistakes. That's why we hear so many managers on tv sigh and say stupid stuff like, "we're down because we are large cap growth managers and we have to match the index." I hate that kind of crap. I don't like the restrictions I have here, either, but they are much looser than in the fund biz.
