yup. Hussein rules by fear and terror. He is not like bin laden who has cult status. bin laden is beloved by the savage extremists. Hussein is pretty much hated universally, esp among his own people. They wont fight for him.

There are many Iraqi resistanc egroups in Europe who woudl love for Saddam to be overthrown by the US. It's just a matter of who can be trusted not be be dictatorial.

The Iraqi people have a very high literacy rate, over 80% I believe. They have a fairly big middle class and they must be yearning for a stable, reasonable govt. They do not want mass destruction weapons in their own country probably any more than we want them there.

I think we'll see tears of joy among ordinary Iraqis if we invade and get Saddam out of there.

<<Nothing new, Saddat, like Arafat had it, you'll give it too to some not to bad guy, a CIA controllable one. And he'll be in for a while. >>

Yes maybe ! Could be. LOL!
