to everyone out there..

i found a web site that compiles lists of sold homes in Arizona. Choose any or all zip codes and every thursday he'll send you a list of home that sold (not that are listed) in that zip code. The list includes what the home sold for, number of rooms and square footage.

You have to subscribe to his service of course, but it's free and you don't have to give up much info on yourself.

I don't think he'd mind if i posted his url, here but i'm not sure that it's legal to do so. If you're interested, pm me and i'll send you the info.
