I may have forgotten the Stans, Oman and a few small ones.

If u were implying (I'm not sure u were), that Oman is a "small one", u are mistaken.

Sultan Qaboos of Oman has been a long time supporter of the British & American governments. Thats how he has survived this long. If u get a chance, try visiting the royal palaces in Muscat and Sallallah - you will see what I mean.
