Is Bush provoking an attack?

Does the Pope wear a pointed hat?

The more US citizens are killed and terrorized, the more control Bush wins.

Maybe we could have a bit more faith in his good intentions if this weren't the guy who kept reading "Little Caterpillar" for 1/2 hr after he was told "America is under attack, sir", and made it seem as if everything were going according to Plan.

These are guys who laugh in public at deaths of condemned prisoners and talk behind closed doors of megadeaths being "acceptable".

Provoking terrorism in the US is on the agenda, no doubt about it. If the Iraqis can't do it I'm sure they'll find someone who can.
