Arnie They are going to pay you .053 cents for every share of the fund that you own. From what the release says they pay a monthly dividend "the previous months dividend was .053" That's .05 and a thrid cents per share. If you own a boat load in the fund then this is very good. Depending on your maintence costs this is a good fund to be holding. RETURN OF CAPITAL just means that they anticipate making money in the fund and will continue to pay the dividend. Any fund that is still able to pay a dividned in the market of the last three years is a miracle!!! LOL Ken
