The really tough thing for all the Police, Secret Service, Sheriffs, FBI, etc etc etc....is to coordinate everything...and everyone. Plus keep up with their regular jobs on a daily basis...

After all, there are other regular events happening as well...

Maybe we will have to get Federal funding for each neighborhood to have a small but trained force in reserve for "special events"....

Yes, plausible theory, even if there is some evidence of a ground or vehicle to target shot(and you wouldn't hit Michael's window from Michael's roof, nor would a building roof offer an obviously quick escape route)....and Re: "I would think the police have checked this by now."

Likely indeed, yet I don't know that one and/or another connection(s) to Michael's are all dead-end streets yet.
