I might add that different and better technology for sequencing is on the horizon and not in the hands of ABI:

I think ABI should sell its sequencing business (maybe PKI would take it back, har), and merge with BDAL. <g>

Thanks! No--no shorting. Nothing fancy, and
I don't do options either. Because I was stopped
out of my trading account, the Thread of Life
portfolio is on hold too. Everything in limbo right now.

I'm pretty sure that at the NYSE they are
going to bring out a big shiny new bell
of gold--they'll ring it some morning when
it is time to get back in the market.

Thanks for your thoughts on ABI, and I will be
sure to keep an eye out for that Curagen spinout IPO--
in a couple years I'd imagine.
