better get on over there and knock some sense into those people hueyone and rkral!

Are you sure you are not short SUNW? Hoping to buy lower? I am a little surprised at the invitation.<grin> Anyway, it seems the market is knocking some cents out of investors and sense into investors regardless of what I think or say.

Upon further examination of my stock options/poison pill post below, I realize that I am not entirely certain what happens to employee stock options in the event of a takeover. Are the employee stock options part of the negotiation or are employees legally entitled to some pro rata number of options in the new entity? Do you know?

Best regards, Huey

OT .. Lizzie, ... apparently sun wants to vote on a dramatic increase in options this shareholder meeting... better get on over there and knock some sense into those people hueyone and rkral!

I have nothing against the granting of options. I just want to see them properly expensed.

Besides, I see a lot of "This message is ignored." lately on the SUNW thread. Means either CYBERKEN or rob v is posting there. It will be a cold day in hell before I engage with either.

But thanks for the heads up.
