Studies have shown, again and again, that most people without Health Insurance are not standing by the exit ramps of Freeways with a sign.

I agree both that this is off topic and is one more third rail here. But, before agreeing with you not to post on it, it does need to be said that there is a completely different story, with a great deal more data to support it. Interestingly and certainly coincidentally, there was a nice op ed piece in the NYTimes today on just this issue. It offers just the briefest of statements of the opposite view. Recommended.
