OT - I tried to call in a tip to the FBI hotline and gave up because the line was always busy. They have 1000 people answering the phones, so that should tell you how many people are calling with tips. Mine wasn't important, anyway. When the sniper is finally caught, and they look over their tips, they will see that somebody tipped them off but they did not realize it yet. One of those tips might have saved lives, but which one? And that, I submit, is exactly what happened with 9/11, and is happening with the WAT. Too much information, not enough context, not enough manpower.
