While it's true that QUALCOMM is the primary producer of the phragmented photon zone, they have licensed many companies [100 for cyberphones alone] and there are swarms of service providers using the technology, such as Leap Wireless [which is certainly cheap now, if only compared with the heights of Y2K]. The main point is that China is a-booming. Refer to Jay's multiple posts. Their telecommunications will increasingly depend on CDMA and they'll be big deal exporters too, since they can do everything cheaper and better than anyone else and they don't tolerate Indonesian-style terrorism. The USA will not be whining to China about human rights any more because the USA is a bit less concerned now with free expression by Islamic head-hackers than they are with Homeland Security and security in general. I suspect they are now grateful that China keeps the population under the thumb, especially out west. They wish Indonesia would do the same. I don't want you to buy ANY QUALCOMM shares. My preference is that everyone SELLS their QUALCOMM shares and drives the price to 1c a share. I will then be able to buy many Tonka Truck loads of the stock. Heck, I could buy a Mackful. Earning $1 a share for a company costing me 1c a share would be a great situation. Let it be! What you should do is buy a whole lot of CDMA-powered equipment. You and all your friends and family and tell everyone you meet to do it too. It's funny how people get things wrong. You are right though, the whole world will be richer and richer as CDMA becomes more and more the cyberspace energy source just as oil powered the world into 3D wealth [much of it anyway]. But cyberspace and Biotelecosmictechdot.com is much, much bigger than QUALCOMM. Even when it's explained to you, you can't see it. Amazing! <Help up out here. Enquiring minds want to know. > I did my best. You can lead a horse to water, but can't make it drink. Mqurice PS: Speak of the devil... Message 18108075
