The events surrounding the wedding were great. It was a very positive weekend. It was great to meet Yen's Sister and the rest of her family. Especially her Dad. I told you he is in very rough shape with Parkinson's...so he is very frail and struggles mightily. But he still is throwing flames with his eyes....an amazing electricity. The power of his will to keep going is awe inspiring. He put a hug on me when we last dropped him off that said so much.....it was very touching.

The wedding itself was..............uh, very Vietnamese. Very fun to observe. The poor Bride and Groom had control of absolutely nothing, and between 9am and 11pm I'm sure they were photographed approximately every 1.7 seconds. The video guy was in charge of everything...They didn't actually have a wedding, they enacted one on film...it was entertaining, but I felt really sad for them.....they were pushed and pulled every way.

I virtually couldn't understand anything the whole day, as every ceremony or speech was conducted in Vietnamese, so it was perfect for observation. I think I got a few good photos. too.

Hope you had a great weekend.
