Vitas: I don't use that indicator. The flight of the individual and the dominance of the institutions distort it. However, others I use gave a buy signal due to an extreme oversold condition last week. I am not trading these cycles at this time. Instead, I am accumulating beaten-up stocks that have (1) strong financials, (2) earnings per share, (3) size--billions in sales, and (4) dominance in their field. I may unload some or all with a good rally.
