the constitution of the former USSR was closely modeled after that of our own so a constitution alone is no guarantee of personal freedoms....NWO paranoia dictates that they alone know what's best for this diversified world and would place itself above all such pedestrian restrictions. GWB swore to uphold and protect the Constitution of the United States....well, as they say, the Constitution is "evolving"....primarily through presidential edicts in the form of emergency directives which have no expiration and require no debate and confirmation by Congress....Congress either grows a spine or this country, based on individual rights and personal freedom, is finished.
