REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. (Reuters) - Oracle Corp. (NasdaqNM:ORCL - news) shareholders, who are hanging on to stock that has dropped 35 percent so far this year, on Monday approved a new bonus plan backed by a returning board that granted no further stock to Chairman and Chief Executive Larry Ellison.

Under the plan, Ellison, who last year cashed out old stock options worth $706 million, would not be granted stock options during fiscal 2003.
