That is really shocking. It's hard to believe that TJ would do that unless he had to (I can't imagine why) or he is very concerned about the company. Hopefully he'll have a good explanation on the conference call.

THE FILING TO SELL WAS AN ERROR MADE BY TJR'S BROKER!!!!!

During the conference call, TJR was asked about the proposed filing. He stated that this was an error made by his broker, who has since been fired.
