OTOT The Taliban claimed that Afghanistan was a true Islamic state. I've read that Saudi Arabia follows Sharia. The Muslim Clerics that seem to be gaining a majority in Pakistani politics want to set up a true Islamic state. Iran's Ayatollah along with their former President Rafsanjani continually use religion as a pretext for repressing the reformists like Khatami and the youth of Iran. Abbu Sayaf and a host of other Asian Muslim Extremists would like to create a Pan-Islamic state in Indonesia and the Phillipines. So again I ask you, what is the point of it all? Why are there so many Islamic extremists out there? Comparing it to the KKK is a bit disingenuous as there are very few KKK people in comparison and last I checked they weren't trying to create a KKK state out of Mississippi and secede from the U.S. So what's up with all these Islamic extremists? Don't they have anything better to do with their lives than kill hundreds to thousands of innocent people? How about getting a job and becoming productive civilians?
