it is a long-term holding; if anything i would probably add a little more on weakness if the story doesn't change. however, it is not a huge holder (none of mine are). i am hoping for about 7-9% dividend long term at these levels, given where bonds are. that is higher than the NAREIT index, and given the 17% trailing dividend, i'd like to believe there is sufficient cushion for that to be achievable.
