Hardly, the bigwigs in the Nazi party who ordered the mass killings were treated much differently at the end of world war 2 than the guy at the bottom of the pecking order in the party who's own life would have been forfeited if he had disobeyed orders. Not quite the same level of responsibility, IMO.
