I think HP abandoned quite a few products when XP came out; there will NEVER be drivers for them.

I'm just noodlin' here, but Gee it MUST have a stupid "Dell person" clerk, because otherwise it would sort of be uh, consumer fraud. :))

The drivers for the old hp would have been in the software in the old computer which I assume was to have been loaded on the new computer using lap linc or windows 95 or later or updated drivers in winxp or whatever more uptodate win os.
