I hope that that Flipper person knows what he/she is talking about. There sure is an unfortunate convergence of unpleasant information on those Aberdeen funds. I trust that their assets are quite separate from whatever is causing an investigation of the management company. I do think we might be looking at another dividend cut in addition to the rights offering. I did not mind getting a return of capital and was viewing it as a kind of annuity that was slowly liquidating iself, but I guess if you are managing a company you really don't want it to liquidate, so the rights is a way of pulling in additional capital.
