TOBS new plant ground-breaking ceremony this coming Tuesday for a new 170,000 square foot plant in Springboro, Ohio about 15 minutes from Kettering. I spoke with the afterhours operator in Kettering about possible expansion and she mentioned plans for Springboro. Springboro Economic Development office confirmed this and gave the ceremony date and 170K plant size figure. (Springboro Chamber of Commerce thought completion might be in April but they weren't positive of this.) I don't know if we can read anything into the lawsuit negotiations from this but with expansion (isn't Kettering around 70,000 square feet?) comes increased scale and hopefully lower manuf costs. Maybe we'll hear more details next Tuesday. Al
