>Soooooo, the question comes down to "Is it a good time to buy NVLS?"...........<

NVLS closed at 23.45. It's 50 day moving average and the upper Bollinger Band are both essentially 75 cents higher than where the stock sits now:

Tomorrow night both NVLS and INTC report. The contrarian indicators that I follow suggest that the market still has most of a couple of good weeks ahead of us. That being said guidance from NVLS and INTC will make all the difference for these stocks short term . I am not expecting anything really good from the two companies. Therefore I would not be a buyer of NVLS before earnings.
