Hey, what's up? I've been out of town on business and too busy to keep up with things (I also had a sucky internet connection, so I said forget it). In town for a night before going to Asia tomorrow (no, I didn't get there yet). I believe I've been where that bomb went off in Bali. If it is where I think it is, it's the older resort area that is most popular with Australians. It's more affordable, and closer to locals. They've had a lot of problems in Bali lately, and that explosion does not surprise me. I don't worry one second about terrorism or related stuff. I'm more likely to die driving to the corner grocery than any other way. I'm also sick of all the delays during travel. They still give passengers glasses for their beverages in first class, and I could just as easily slice the necks of the crew with a sharp piece of broken glass as I could with a knife. I could strangle someone with my laptop cord or phone cord, and I could knock someone out cold with my laptop battery. I could stab someone a hundred times with a good pen, or I could smuggle acid disguised as baby formula in my carry-on. I guess what I'm saying is if I can think of all of this stuff, so could someone who wants to make problems. You can't stop it if they want to do it. I guess you also don't want to screw with me if you're trying to mess with the plane I'm on. <G>. I knew I'd be busy the rest of this month, so I'm just sitting tight with my shorts and waiting for things to settle back down. Jeff nailed this voyage above 1200, and he deserves a salute for that. Re-test mode is on, and I think what you guys see is pretty much what I've been expecting since last Thursday. I don't know if I'll be able to post anymore tonight. My cable modem is incredibly slow. Must be one of my neighbors is downloading a bunch of porn or something <G>.
