I just don't see an Islamic Jihad terrorist writing "I am God" on a Tarot card. For them, it would be unspeakable sacrilege.

My feeling is (and I am in no way qualified, of course) that this sniper is a serial killer doing this for the fun, playing God, granting people the chance to live, or using his "Godlike" powers to take their lives away.

Might even be an ex-sniper in the Bosnia conflict, for all we know. But I doubt if it is some Islamist terrorist.
