I think (from Psychology 101) this trait is called projection. Ok, I found the definition: Psychology. a) The attribution of one's own attitudes, feelings, or suppositions to others b) The attribution of one's own attitudes, feelings, or desires to someone or something as a naive or unconscious defense against anxiety or guilt. Your use of the word projection is off but in any case, you need not worry.......I will not project my traits or attitudes onto you.
