If you're watching tv and have seen the footage of the crime scene, it's difficult to figure out where he might have been shooting from... Unless he was circling the parking lot.

This is starting to give me the "northern Ireland" sort of feeling.....

I also wonder if the guy is using a "night sight".........since seeing fine crosshairs after sundown is difficult.
