my aside before Jeff gives his number. Again i go to Richard Russell because we concur:) He states that the market is being traded by big manipulative money that HAS no historical precedence and as such "head fake FALSE breakouts" must be considered.
He states the dynamics of the market place have never been so complex(and crooked--derivatives being a key factor) and that one MUST involve intuition now into one's TA.
Mish, i myself say, no number in a big boys ramp can change the retrace from happening.
That 1000 could be need adjusting(that's Jeff's department:). But the ultimate retrace will happen.
