It is weird. As though he has a stealth vehicle that changes it's appearance after he gets away from the scene. What's that vehicle they keep advertising on TV? The one that switches from an SUV to a pickup?

A witness I saw interviewed on MSNBC said he heard the shot at around 9:35-40. Reports say: A prime example of how accurate the reporting is, or inaccurate as the case may be. Other reports indicate the shot was at around 9:15. Just pointing out how complicated even simple details become. And just what color is that van?? Is it the right or left taillight that is out?? There are reports on both choices. The roadblocks have been lifted, I am betting this killer remains at large through the night.

Police chief says she was killed at about 9:15, and they got a call minutes later.
