Approval ratings in a post 9-11 environment don't mean much. Bush is not running anything -- he is an increasingly bumbling spokesperson for his "team". People like Cheney are pulling the strings. It does not matter what Bush thinks -- or that he does not really think much at all. But it would help if he could at least put a sentence together and stop making idiotic and unfounded accusations about Iraq.
