And Perle and Wolfowitz really want to give tough inspections a chance, right? Even though it would throw a huge wrench in their grand plans for broad war and occupation in the mideast? "ZERO chance" is about right on that front.

Perle and Wolfowitz don't believe that any inspections have a chance of disarming Iraq while Saddam Hussein is in power. There is, after all a track record of behavior here, which I see you are still ignoring. So the real functional choice is war or do nothing, or maybe do nothing but play games with inspections. We have also seen that Kofi Annan is foursquare behind 'do nothing', given this choice. Perle and Wolfowitz are not prepared to continue to do nothing, so they favor war.

I presume you are in favor of doing nothing?

Just keep spinning it, Nadine, that's your job.

As gratuitous insults are yours?
