Cy, it took 5 years for the FEC to fine the democrats for 1996. As you say it takes times. I figure 2003 into 2004 for all kinds of interesting criminal revelations.

If the lying purse senator is still running in 2006, then 2005 would be the reasonable time to expose all the year 2000 crime.
