You just keep chewing on the rug there, GST.

It must be difficult for a person like you who understands the fine nuances of public policy implications to have a lying incompetent as President. How frustrating is that!

most americans are happy with bush because there has not been another major terrorist attack. in that sense he has done a good job. they don't have the time or wherewithal to keep track of much else. unfortunately bush's foreign policy blunders and the distraction of iraq shifts focus away from securing the homeland and all but guarantees another attack in the not-so-distant future.

it would seem to me that the $100-200 billion we might spend on an invasion of iraq would be much better spent chasing down al qaeda and securing our borders. there are 10 million law-breaking illegals running around this country. we can start with ones who fit a particular terrorist profile.
