I read in an article posted here, witnesses thought it was a Dodge Caravan. And from the police composite picture, the vehicle looked like a moving van, which doesn't look like a Caravan.

14,000 according to GM in the Metro DC area. So not so easy, huh? If it was, yes, I think the citizens and law enforcement would have made a capture by now. It appears this shooter is far more cunning than most folks. I'd say he is working under very easy cover. It amazes me how simple solutions can be drummed up here (not to finger point you MdB). This predator obviously has done some homework and I fear there could be a ME connection (although I don't buy into the Israeli women theory). And grubbing here to boot. Tasteless.
