Good Afternoon Karen,

As much as I agree with you about the DC cops, they are not really involved in this. There has been only one victim shot in DC, all the others have been in the surrounding counties. It has evolved into a multi-regional task force now, with the ATF, FBI & even Secret Service involved.

I vote Muslim terrorist.
