Max, the 60 minute sto on compx has probably hit 1 several times today, every time the high at the moment is the high for whatever time interval you have it set at, e.g., 14 hours, the %K becomes 1. As soon as price falls back slightly then high of that time interval is slightly greater than instantaneous price and %K falls back below 1. All % K = 1 means is that the price is at the exact high in the stochastics time interval.
