well, 14 day of the President stumping for the good guys. I would like the loons to keep up the illusion of dems preferred. dems dummies will be lulled into la la land and the good folks will get out and vote....

mislead is good. 911 created determination. Those who learned a sad truth about allowing scum to be in power will be motivated. dem dummies are to lazy to think for themselves.

Actually, Bill, I agree with you re: next month's mid-term. The Democratic Party has done a poor job of getting its message out and lacks effective spokespeople. By contrast, the Republicans have done a better job (with more money, of course) in keeping the election message simple: Either you're on President Bush's team of patriots to combat terrorism or you aren't.

9-11 was the best thing that ever could have happened to Bush politically.

I look for GOP to maintain its current advantage in the House and possibly take control of the Senate by 50-49-1, perhaps 51-48-1.

The move to the right in rural and suburban America that began with the congressional elections of '94 hasn't fully run its course yet. After the '04 presidential election we may see the pendulum start to swing back to the left ... unless Bush is skillful enough to elevate the war on terrorism to a full-blown cold war.

Bill,

As usual, you mislead.

You forget that lying, stealing, cheating and killing are all part of the social democrat philosophy. To do otherwise would be moral.

From each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs.
