My sweetie's company was hiring during the summer. MSDW says that CIOs are a little more optimisitic and plans to increase IT spending more than they had thought on their previous study. They said that when software started to rally hard. I think we go over the previous highs of the summer....... but that's it..... then more selling. Maybe next year. Analysts......... all dang summer.......... they might warn, we have to take down estimates, we are reducing our price target because spending is bad. They deserve to look like fools if they are wrong, imo. TA
