14:38 ET QCOM Qualcomm commentary on shipments positive - Lehman (32.75) Lehman says that initial positive commentary from QCOM regarding improving visibility into shipments to China and India suggests that firm's Dec chipset est of 22 mln could be conservative, as could March qtr ests of just 16 mln chipsets; firm increasingly believes that current ests of $0.28 for Sept and $0.30 in Dec are conservative, and that EPS of $1.10-$1.15 could be achievable for FY03 (consensus is $1.09).
