THIS VEHICLE WAS OBSERVED LEAVING THE AFOREMENTIONED AREA MOMENTS AFTER A
SHOOTING OCCURRED. THE VICTIM OF THE SHOOTING WAS LATER IDENTIFIED AS A 72
YEAR-OLD MALE. THE BALLISTIC EVIDENCE RECOVERED FROM THIS CASE MATCHES THE
OTHER SHOOTINGS THAT HAVE OCCURRED THROUGHOUT THE DC METROPOLITAN AREA.

ANYONE COMING INTO CONTACT WITH SIMILAR VEHICLES, PLEASE NOTIFY POLICE

Officers were writing down the license plate number of every vehicle moving through the roadblocks.

Another good reason to use a stolen car (before it's reported stolen obviously). Any car that just happens to be in the vicinity of two killings, assuming said killings weren't committed at about the same time at about the same location, should instantly raise a big red flag.
