I looked it up. The GOP California Secretary of State did not certify the election results until December 15. So he did not sent the information to the FEC the week after the election as you said. And you still havent provided any support for your claim that 400,000 votes went uncounted in California, which -- if GW had gotten all of them -- would have meant that GW would have lost by only 600,000 votes.
